- Work/dependent permit for non-citizen.
- Proof of residence (utility bills, lease/tenancy agreements where applicable).
- PIN certificate where possible
- Company Registration certificate
- Board resolution
- Memorandum and articles of association
- Proof of physical address – Rent/lease agreement/electricity/Telephone bill
- PIN certificate of the company and Account signatories
- Trade license where applicable
- Valid County government license/permit
- Passport size photos for nominated signatories as per specimen signature card
- Nationals ID/Passport for nominated signatories as per specimen signature card
- Proof of physical address for at least 2 signatories– Rent/lease agreement/electricity/telephone bill
- Reference letters from company lawyers/auditors
- Partnership Deed/Agreement
- Copies of Nationals ID/Passport/Military ID/Alien national ID for nominated signatories
- Work permit for foreign partners
- Proof of residence for nominated signatories – Electricity/water bills or telephone – landline
- PIN Certificate for nominated signatories and the business
- Registration certificate from the relevant authority
- Board resolution or minutes
- Introduction from the ministry for SHGs or NGO council
- PIN Certificate for organizations and nominated signatories
- Passport size photos for nominated signatories as per specimen signature card
- Copies of Nationals ID/Passport for nominated signatories as per specimen signature card
- Proof of physical address for at least 2 signatories– Rent/lease agreement/electricity bill/landline telephone bill
- Proof of guardianship where applicable
- National ID/Passport/Military ID for parent/guardian
- Alien national ID for Non-nationals for parent/guardian

We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of conduct in the fulfilment of its mission and provides an avenue for whistleblowers’ to report any suspected wrongdoing or activities including possible fraud and ethical issues.
We have a zero tolerance policy to fraud and requests stakeholders to report in confidence any instances of fraud that they may discover.
This whistleblower platform is easy to use and has been established to allow for reporting from whistleblowers’ enabling secure, anonymous and confidential reporting. The website relays your concerns to the Century Board for review and action.
Whistleblowers will remain completely anonymous unless they choose to provide their email or telephone contact. The contact details may be used to raise follow up questions or for reward purposes where applicable.
