Peterson K Mwangi is the founder and managing director of Finance & Systems Consultants Ltd with over 14 years’ comprehensive experience in the investment and financial markets industry.
He has a proven track record of performance in turnaround and high-paced organizations with particular focus on Finance, Strategy Development and Execution, Brand Repositioning, Business Growth and Capacity Building.
He holds an executive Masters in Business Administration from JKUAT and Bachelor of Science (Accounting) from USIU. He is a qualified Certified Public Secretary (CPS (K)), certified Public Accountant (CPA (K) and a Certified Trainer (PTAK).



Johnson Kamau is a financial sector specialist with over 15 years of work experience out of which 8 are at senior executive level managing financial institutions within Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda and Ghana.

He is the former Group Head of Enterprise Risk at CBA Bank. He holds a Master of Science degree in Management of Information Technology from London School of Economics (“LSE”) London, United Kingdom and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (First Class honours) at JKUAT. He is also a Certified Information Auditor (“CISA”), Certified Internal Auditor (“CIA”) and Certified Accountant (“ACCA”).
He previously worked with Chase Bank Limited Kenya as the General Manager (Group Strategy), Barclays Bank as Chief of Staff and KPMG and PwC as a risk consultant.

Johnson is the vice president and a board member of Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) Kenya chapter and a board member of Lapid leaders Africa.

Hassan is a dynamic Public servant with over Sixteen ( 16) years of working experience in both the Public and Private Sectors. He is currently the Head-Risk and Audit at the Independent Policing Oversight Authority.
His career has seen him through various positions in the Manufacturing Industry, Transport Sector as well as in Government and Non-Governmental Organisations which include:- Coast Water Services Board, Micro Enterprises Support Programme Trust, National Environment Management Authority, Action Aid International Kenya and Hakika Transport Limited. Inspired by challenges of learning, creating new ideas, and motivating others to new levels of achievement, Hassan has demonstrated expertise in process improvements, change management and public administration. Hassan is recognised as a notable Practitioner in the field of Leadership and strategy, public administration, financial management, risk management and Audit. Hassan holds a Master in Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, and a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) degree from the University of Nairobi. He is also a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya, CPA (K), and a Certified Monitoring & Evaluation Expert.He is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK), Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and Institute of Certified Investment and Financial Analysts (ICIFA).

Wairimu Kanina is the Managing Director of Greystone Industries Limited – a manufacturing company that produces and supplies pre-cast concrete products including concrete poles for electricity transmission across East Africa. Prior to this, Wairimu worked in banking and consulting across the United States. Her professional background includes investment banking on Wall Street, insurance, healthcare consulting and commercial banking.

Wairimu is the Board Chair of Century Microfinance Bank Ltd, a microfinance institution that specializes in providing financial services to Micro, Small and Medium Businesses.

Wairimu holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Vanguard University. She is also a graduate of the SEED Transformation Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

She lives in Nairobi, Kenya and is married with three children.

Fredrick Tabu Noballa has over 10 years experience in Corporate Financial Analysis and Management, having worked with The Nairobi Hospital, Copia Kenya Ltd, Real People East Africa and Vitafoam Products Ltd. He is the current director for Centrica Services Limited
and Green Acres (K) Limited.
He is a Graduate in International Business Administration with a Double Concentration or Specialization in Finance and Accounting at United States International University (U.S.I.U)
Fredrick is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Certificate Finalist Kenya.


Chairperson Credit Committee

Martin Mamicha is the Managing partner at Mamicha & Company Advocates with over 24 years of professional experience specializing in conveyance and commercial law practice.

He holds a LL.B Degree from the University of Nairobi, Diploma in law from Kenya school of law with a professional certification course in real estate from Harvard University.

He is also a professional member of Conveyance Committee of the law society of Kenya (LSK) and Housing Finance connecting ‘Link Club’.


Member, Credit Committee

Edith is a businesswoman who had previously lectured and headed the Department of Entrepreneurship and Small Business Centre at the Kiambu Institute of Science and Technology and previously from the Rift Valley Institute of Science and Technology for a total of 28 years.
She holds a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship Development.

Edith Kaiganaine

Muriithi Kagai is a Development Economist with over 20 years of working and consultancy experience. He has served in senior management level in the field of Development finance mainly in Kenya and the former Yugoslavia republic of Kosovo. He has over 20 years of training & consulting experience in sub-Saharan Africa, Eastern Europe and Asia.
He specializes in Organizational Development, Leadership Development and Problem Diagnostics (due diligence) with a bias in Credit Risk. Mr. Kagai holds a Diploma in Business Administration from the Technical University of Kenya and a Master of Science Degree in International Community Economic Development majoring in SME development from The University of New Hampshire in the state of New Hampshire, US. He is a PhD student in Development Studies at Moi, University.
